Our Leigh nursery in Wigan is a bright, welcoming setting designed to support children from their earliest days through to preschool. We have created an environment that puts children’s learning, wellbeing and comfort first, with thoughtfully planned rooms, free-flow access to outdoor spaces from most areas, a balance bike area, a mud kitchen messy garden for little explorers, and a sensory room where children can relax, unwind and explore.

All rooms have bathroom facilities and access to a private changing area. We have designed the nursery to feel bright and inviting, with classrooms full of natural light, French doors opening onto outdoor areas, and carefully chosen resources to help every child make the best possible start in their early education.

Our New Sensory Room

We are excited to share our newly updated sensory room at Little Giggles Leigh. This special space has been refreshed to give children an even better environment for calm time, sensory exploration and quiet one-to-one moments.

Designed to support children’s wellbeing as well as their curiosity, the sensory room offers an engaging and nurturing environment where children can explore different textures, lights and sounds, or simply enjoy a quieter moment during their nursery day.

How To Find Us

Little Giggles Leigh is situated on Grasmere Street, at the end of the children’s park, in what was once Grasmere Medical Centre.

We are just a short walk from Leigh town centre and have ample parking available for families visiting the nursery.

Help With Nursery Costs

We offer free collections and drop-offs for children attending local schools, including:

Meningitis Aware

We are proud to have achieved the ‘Meningitis Aware Recognition Mark’ from Meningitis Now. This recognises that our staff are trained to understand the signs and symptoms of meningitis and know what action to take if a child becomes unwell.
